TOASTY AFFAIR' E-BOOK
IHM Mumbai along with it's Food production & Food &
Beverage Service faculty bring to
you 'A Toasty Affair' an e-book on appetizers with
cocktails & mocktails.
'A Toasty Affair' is the Second book to be launched
by the institute during the lockdown after the
success of 'Subz Ki Tokri - A Vegetarian e-book'.
The idea for this book emanated when the Food
Production department in collaboration with the Food
& Beverage Service department came up with the plan
to formulate a new book during the lockdown. It is a
commendable effort of the two major departments of
the institute to work in perfect harmony & come up
with this alluring book. A first of it's kind in the
history of the institute, the basic idea was to
include cocktails & mocktails in the book, at the
same time making it a complete journey by mapping
out recipes of appetizers that go well with them.
The other unique aspect about this book is the Food
& Beverage designing & photography was done by a
group of in-house faculty who took up the initiative
& did wonders with the limited amount of resources
available during the lockdown.
The E-book was
